Product Warranty
Secure Path Inc hereby extends to the Customer a warranty that any Hardware shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the applicable Warranty Period. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Secure Path Inc datasheet, all hardware products are covered by a one-year warranty. In the event that hardware exhibits material defects during the warranty period, it will be replaced. To obtain warranty service, the Customer must contact Secure Path Inc for problem determination and service procedures. Upon request, the original dated bill of sale must be presented as proof of purchase.
The Hardware Warranty encompasses the repair, or replacement if repair is not feasible, of any item purchased from Secure Path Inc for a period of one year from the date of purchase of the Warranty. It is important to note that these warranty obligations are contingent upon proper use of the products and do not extend to:
1. Usage that does not comply with product instructions.
2. Combination or integration of the product with any features, accessories, software, or other materials not installed or provided by Secure Path Inc, unless explicitly consented to by Secure Path Inc.
3. Unauthorized modification, removal, or erasure of barcode serial numbers or other identifying marks on the products.
4. Products for which Secure Path Inc has not received payment.
It should be noted that the Limited Hardware Warranty does not cover Internet connectivity issues related to the Hardware or interruptions in electric power. Furthermore, this Limited Hardware Warranty is exclusively applicable to the actual purchaser and end-user of the Hardware. The warranty is not available for products that have been altered or modified, or that were acquired in used condition or from any source other than Secure Path Inc.
