Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns

Secure Path Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") values your satisfaction with our products. The following terms and conditions govern the return of products purchased online from our website:

1.1 Return Eligibility Period
1.1.1 Customers are entitled to cancel the contract and return products for any reason within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product(s).
1.1.2 In the event a defect is discovered after the expiration of the seven-day period following delivery, customers should contact the Company. At our discretion, we will either replace or repair the product.

1.2 Eligible Products
1.2.1 Only items purchased directly from sbaeld.com are eligible for return to the Company.
1.2.2 Products acquired from third-party dealers or resellers, not directly from sbaeld.com, are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.

1.3 Return Process
1.3.1 To initiate a return, customers must contact the Company through our designated communication channels.
1.3.2 Items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging intact. Failure to do so may result in either:
   a) Denial of the return; or
   b) Acceptance of the return with a non-refundable deduction from the refund amount for missing components.
1.3.3 Returned items must be in "like-new" condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched may be denied return eligibility.

1.4 Packaging and Shipping Guidelines
1.4.1 Customers are responsible for carefully packaging the item to prevent damage during transit. The use of a box and bubble wrap is recommended.
1.4.2 All cords, adapters, and documentation originally included with the item must be returned.
1.4.3 It is advisable to utilize a secure shipping method, such as Insured UPS, to ensure package tracking. The Company is not liable for items lost in transit, and returns cannot be processed until the item is received.

2. Returns

2.1 Refund Initiation
2.1.1 Upon receipt of a returned item, the Company will initiate the refund process immediately.

2.2 Refund Processing
2.2.1 For returns by mail, the Company will process the return within three to five (3-5) business days of receipt.
2.2.2 With limited exceptions, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
2.2.3 Refunded funds should be available within five (5) business days of processing.

2.3 Exchanges
At the customer's preference, an exchange for the same item may be arranged in lieu of a refund.
