2. Software warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." SBA ELD Inc. disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SBA ELD Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Hardware terms
Hardware may be subject to manufacturer warranty terms and installation requirements. SBA ELD Inc. is not responsible for issues caused by improper installation, vehicle electrical problems, tampering, accident damage, misuse, or third-party accessories.
4. Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, SBA ELD Inc. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to hardware or software issues. Your exclusive remedy, if any, is limited to repair or replacement under applicable warranty terms, or as otherwise determined by SBA ELD Inc. in writing.
